Step one
Initial consultation
We start by getting to know you — your block, your budget, your lifestyle and your goals. Whether you have a clear vision or just a rough idea, we’ll help shape the direction of your future home.

Step two
Concept design
We translate your initial vision into a first round of concept drawings. These give form to your ideas and allow us to explore layout, orientation and style options. You'll have the chance to review and provide feedback.
Step three
Design development
Once the concept is approved, we refine it into a full set of detailed design drawings, ready for council submission or private certification. We consider build type, cost-efficiency and the way your home will function day to day.
Step four
Documentation & Approvals
We prepare all necessary documentation required for development applications or CDCs. With years of experience navigating council regulations, we know how to keep things moving smoothly.
Step five
Build ready
We liaise with your chosen builder to ensure a seamless handover. If you don’t have one, we can recommend trusted professionals who know how to work with our plans. We're available for clarifications and revisions as needed.
